The Federal Civil Service Staff Cooperative Societies Union, Nigeria, is a federated cooperative committed to empowering member cooperatives, individuals, and communities through shared values, collective action, and sustainable development. We act as a central support system, providing strategic services, advocacy, and capacity building to drive inclusive growth and long-term impact.

Our Services
At FEDCOOP, we provide a wide range of services to support and strengthen cooperative societies across Nigeria.

- Capacity Building – Training and workshops on cooperative governance, leadership, and business development.
- Advocacy – Representing member interests in national policy discussions and promoting cooperative-friendly legislation.
- Financial Support – Facilitating access to loans, funding opportunities, and financial advisory services.
- Monitoring & Compliance – Ensuring ethical, legal, and transparent cooperative operations through audits and guidance.
- Networking – Connecting cooperatives through events, forums, and platforms for collaboration and trade.
- Digital Transformation – Supporting cooperatives with digital tools for efficient management and communication.

All members are required to pay a ₦50,000 Entrance Fee, Minimum shares of ₦200,000, Minimum savings of ₦100,000, and a yearly admin fee of ₦20,000.
